advertised property and includes 3 months of commercial
property advertising. There is an optional upgrade to
Rightmove Commercial for £99. We charge no percentage-based
letting commission or subscription, and optional services
can be added separately if you need them.
Can I advertise more than one office or suite?
Yes. You can use Letlaunch Commercial to advertise multiple
office properties, individual suites or separate floors as
they become available. Each advertisement has its own
property details, photographs and applicant enquiries.
Is the £149 fee charged per office property?
Yes. The £149 Online Advertising Package is charged per
advertised property or office unit. Each listing includes
up to 3 months of commercial property advertising for that
particular premises.
Where will my office be advertised?
The £149 Online Advertising Package includes professional
commercial property advertising on LoopNet. You can also add
Rightmove Commercial advertising for an additional £99 one-off
fee, giving your office maximum online exposure.
How much does it cost to advertise an office on Rightmove?
Rightmove Commercial is available as a £99 optional add-on
to the £149 Letlaunch Commercial advertising package, making
the recommended LoopNet + Rightmove package £248 per property.
What types of office space can I advertise?
Letlaunch Commercial can be used to advertise a wide range
of office accommodation, including individual office suites,
whole floors, standalone office buildings and office units
within business centres or commercial developments.
How long will my office be advertised for?
Your £149 advertising package includes up to 3 months of
commercial property advertising, giving you plenty of time
to market the office and find a suitable business occupier.
How quickly can my office advert go live?
Once you have submitted the property information and
photographs, we verify your listing and aim to have it
live within 24 hours, helping you start marketing your
vacant office space quickly.
What information do I need to advertise an office?

Yes. Your Letlaunch portal helps you keep track of
prospective occupiers across your advertised properties.
You can view contact details, communicate directly with
applicants, add private notes and update their status as
they progress from enquiry to viewing and potential letting.
Can I change my office advert after it goes live?
Yes. Your commercial property listing can be updated after
it has gone live, allowing you to keep information such as
asking rent, availability and property details accurate
throughout the marketing period.
Can Letlaunch help me check a prospective office tenant?
Yes. Commercial Tenant Referencing is available as an
optional service and can provide additional information
about a prospective business occupier before you decide

Do I have to purchase the additional services?
